June 13 is International Albinism Awareness Day. To celebrate this year, Salif Keita Foundations invite you to come and sing that “it’s the difference that is pretty” in a virtual video remake of my song “The Difference”. You could record your video and send it to us for your participation in this virtual video that will help raise awareness of albinism around the world. To make your video, try several times before recording. Play the song wearing headphones so that the sound of the music cannot be heard in the recording. We just want to hear your voice in the High Definition MP4 recording that you are going to send. Do not worry if you do not have perfect voices, but try to stay above all with the time of the music and the lyrics. We are going to mix everything for a perfect video! OPTION 1.VIDEO INTRODUCTION (required)
Duration: 30 seconds or less
Before recording your part of the song, please give us a video intro by giving your name, country, and response to the short sentence “I like albinism because …” “I like people with d albinism because.) You choose your remark.
For example:

INSTRUCTIONS
- Participants rehearse with your guide track until they are ready to record.
- Participants press record on their video recording device, press play on your guide audio track (and/or conductor video), ensure they have headphones on in order to hear said guide track and to prevent the sound of the guide track being re-recorded in with their own performance of their part and then play the entire piece through from start to finish in one take (fingers crossed there are no errors and it only requires them to do one take)
- Participants save their video, export it and send it to [email protected]. Best format for a video is .mp4 with 1920 * 1080 dimensions.
